Meet Our Team
In 1982, three entrepreneurs opened
Overland Rentals, Inc., a general rental
store in Arlington, Texas. Working
in the store on a daily basis, they
quickly recognized the need for a
counter computer system that could
handle the day-to-day transactions,
quotes, reservations, inventory control,
and paperwork of their growing business.
They investigated five systems of that
era but they were slow, inflexible and
expensive…clearly the industry needed a
better solution!
Relying on previous computer
programming expertise with NASA, and
their own day-to-day experience behind
the counter, they designed the
POINT-OF-RENTAL™ System! Then, using it
daily, they fine-tuned and perfected it
into the fast, flexible system that it
is today.
Come discover what over 1000 rental
stores already know... how a
POINT-OF-RENTAL™ System will increase
both the profitability and manageability
of your store!
