Get Educated At One Of Our Regional Training Seminars!

Our regional training seminars are primarily focused on how to effectively utilize your POINT-OF-RENTAL™ software in your rental business. From day-to-day operations to accounting, learn how to better utilize the power of your POINT-OF-RENTAL™ software and avoid some common mistakes. Keep up-to-date by learning the new features and enhancements introduced in the latest revision of your software!

Meeting times will be 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.  Lunch and breaks will be provided and are included in the cost. 

Individual training topics are as follows:

• Accounting
• Crystal Reports
• Advanced Counter System

The cost of each regional training session is $180 for the first registrant and $145 for each additional person or additional seminars. Dates and locations for our upcoming regional seminars are listed below - please click here to register for a seminar in your area.  Sign up for all 3 seminars in Dallas and get the third day free!  Registrations received within 30 days of the seminar date will be $210 for the first registrant and $170 for each additional person or additional seminar.  Register early and save!

In-depth accounting procedures within POINT-OF-RENTAL™ software. Use Purchase Orders to efficiently and accurately track purchases and inventory value, including the export of your Purchase Order as your Vendor Bill.  Learn how make the most of your G/L entries for detailed tracking of income and expenses from your rentals and sales, depreciation of your rental assets, sales tax liability, cash disbursements, and more.

Who Should Attend? Owners, Managers, Bookkeepers, Accounting Personnel, or any key employee wanting accounting information.

Crystal Reports (click here to view locations/dates)

Basic to intermediate Crystal Report writing.  Learn the power of Crystal Reports as it pertains to POINT-OF-RENTAL™.  Learn to quickly and easily build, customize, and export professional reports to get the most from your data.  Learn to use your own custom reports within POINT-OF-RENTAL™.  Customize POINT-OF-RENTAL™ reports "on the fly."

* Note: Requires basic Windows knowledge.
* Recommended but not required: A laptop with your own internet connection (e.g. wireless air card) will allow you to follow along with the instructor.

Who Should Attend? Owners, Managers, Bookkeepers, Accounting Personnel, or any key employee wanting to write custom reports using the data from your POINT-OF-RENTAL™ Software.

Advanced Counter System (click here to view locations/dates)

Improve your employees’ operational skills within POINT-OF-RENTAL™.  Advanced Counter System training designed to enhance your operation by utilizing available, and sometimes overlooked tools & options.

Who Should Attend? Owners, Managers, Operations Personnel, or any key employee wanting advanced operational information.

* Note: Your POINT-OF-RENTAL™ account will be billed when we receive your registration. Please note that cancellations must be received in writing at least thirty days prior to the start of a seminar to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after that date will be charged the full seminar fee. We reserve the right to reschedule training sessions. All travel and lodging expenses are the responsibility of the participants.
